Super Saturday

A day filled with wicked crafting from early in the morning  until well into the evening.  It is typically  held on a Saturday at an LDS (latter Day Saint) church building.  While it is put together by the ladies who attend the church it is open open to anyone who would like to attend.  There are usually around 10 projects that you can participate in and the cost is always relatively low.  It is an awesome day filled with crafts, food and fun!

For most of us that live in Utah the term "Super Saturday" is something we are not only familiar with, but also look forward to.  Unless you are planning it that is lol.  I have been to some amazing Super Saturdays and I've had the opportunity to even help plan a few.  The biggest struggle is always finding good projects.  Inevitably someone always has a great idea from a previous ward they've been in and then it steam rolls from there.  I decided that there are so many amazing ideas floating around out there . . . why not put them all in one place.  voila!!  My book was born.  This will be a compilation of some of the best craft projects out there that are simple, fun, current, and inexpensive.  Perfect for "Super Saturday".  The projects will be fun and up-to-date . . . not your mother's crafts.  I promise no paper twisty ribbons or rainbow patterend afghans lol. Currently, I am taking submissions for ideas with a brief description and photo.   Please read the complete submission guidelines below.

Submission Guidelines
-One paragraph describing the project
-A photograph of the finished project
-Credits where credits due.  (PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANYTHING THAT IS COPYWRITED) Credits will be given to the person who submitted the idea and the original artist if available
-If you are contacted after submitting, the full project instructions and patterns (if applicable)  will be requested.  If the finished craft is available it may also be requested.
